OOH, my favorite is MOST DEFINITELY the .hack//Sign OST. Hands down and without a doubt.

| Naturally, Cowboy Bebop has a terrific OST, but I download a lot of OSTs myself. I have the .hack//Sign OST (Terrific atmosphere. See-Saw is brilliant.) the Asatte no Houkou OST (Magokoro is so pretty e.e) any OST done by Taku Iwasaki (because Taku Iwasaki) the Myself;Yourself OST (Violins. Violins everywhere) and a couple others I'd have to look for.
OSTs are cool, but the whole soundtrack has to appeal to me for me to want it. Usually if its just a couple songs I like, I won't bother, and I really only prefer OSTs with ambiance. If its J-pop, I tend to pass up that OST.

| Personally I love the one from Casshern Sins, it purposely borders between epic and subtle, and greatly adds the the melancholy aspects of the show. | |

| I just made this post because this is a music collection, from a show, that I enjoy. I believe it was Taylor that said he preferred OSTs with ambiance, and I looked back through my music collection, and the OSTs, singles, etc. for Spice & Wolf (Both seasons) have a lot of background music that is mostly "medieval" sounding, for lack of a better word. | |

| This isn't an anime OST but the OST for the game Dungeon Fighter is excellent. It isn't Taylors thing, it's K-Pop/Rock, but I love it. | |
